Data Deletion

Governing law and language. winegod.ai is operated from Brazil. This English version is an official version of this document. The service and the processing of personal data are governed by Brazilian law, including the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados). In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Brazilian Portuguese version (pt-BR) prevails.

Your data, your call

You have the right to request the deletion of the personal data associated with your account at winegod.ai.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove from the product:

• Your profile data (name, email, profile picture)
• The link to your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Microsoft)
• Conversation records and saved conversations directly linked to your account

What does not get deleted

• Anonymized usage records (unlinked from your account) that we keep for aggregated product analytics
• Data stored locally in your browser — cleared automatically on account deletion, but you can also wipe it manually in your browser settings
• Some derived operational records, such as processing jobs, caches, or analytics, may remain temporarily and are handled under our retention and deletion processes

Delete your account

To delete your account automatically, sign in and reload this page. If you prefer, email legal@winegod.ai from the address you used to sign in, mentioning the provider.

Data held by third parties

Deleting your account at winegod.ai removes your data from our systems. To revoke winegod.ai’s access inside your sign-in provider, use the provider’s own security settings:

• Google: Account settings > Security > Third-party apps
• Facebook: Settings > Apps and websites
• Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Apps using Apple ID
• Microsoft: Account > Privacy > Apps and services
